We supply and manage hundreds of comms lines for our customers. These can be ADSL, SDSL or Leased Lines (private circuits). We use four different Tier1 carriers and are trained to support the service as a whole. End to end support is critical. We can not only examine the comms lines remotely, but also the router and server. Therefore identifying the problem, rather than ‘passing the buck’ like most broadband providers.
