Workshop services
Our extensive workshop facility staffed by experienced engineers will work with you to assess whether it is more cost effective to repair, upgrade or replace your hardware should it lose performance. We are fully equipped to test, upgrade and repair all computer equipment. As well as our standard services we also specialise in the removal of viruses, spyware, operating system reloads, software upgrades and hardware enhancements. We will always try to ensure, wherever possible, that we secure and protect any data on the equipment.
Service promise
Every piece of equipment that comes into our workshop is subject to thorough inspection, quality control and checking prior to being released back to you. Core elements include:
- Realistic repair schedules and proactive communication should extensions be required
- Full inspection of the equipment for build quality, damage or likely on-going physical issues
- Thorough cleaning of the equipment including, where appropriate, blown dust and dirt extraction
- Total quality check and full system test on repair
