Compatibility offers virtual IT department
with SYSTEMcare

Monday 7th November 2011

Businesses in Kent, Sussex and Surrey can simplify their business, cut costs and enjoy additional peace of mind following the announcement of SYSTEMcare, a comprehensive virtual IT support service from Compatibility Ltd.

The Tunbridge Wells-based firm which provides IT Service and IT Support to more than 120 business organisations across the South East, has unveiled a three-tiered platform catering to all types and sizes of clients. The complete range of services offers dedicated support and system maintenance, server, network and laptop healthcare, remote system monitoring and real-time antivirus protection. SYSTEMcare is available in Standard and Pro formats, together with an entry-level Basic option for the smaller, less sophisticated user.

The new service is effective for all types of business and support starts from just £49 per month for the simplest services. Further costs of SYSTEMcare are scaled dependent upon the complexity and level of business need.

Unlike many remote service operations which only activate when systems go down, SYSTEMcare provides a proactive approach to clients’ IT systems. Advanced remote monitoring allows the Compatibility team to highlight problems before they become an issue and fix them either on site or remotely from the company’s headquarters.

“The opportunity for many business leaders to
have a dedicated 14-person IT department is the
stuff of dreams”.

Paul Smart, Managing Director, Compatibility

“The opportunity for many business leaders to have a dedicated 14-person IT department is the stuff of dreams”, says Paul Smart, Managing Director of Compatibility. “With SYSTEMcare, we operate as that team, offering our clients a level of technical expertise only usually available to larger corporates. We work with them to tailor the level of service to need, thus providing a high value service at a cost far below that of a dedicated IT employee”.
